Assistant Hotel Manager

• Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years in hotel Assistant Management positions, or a proven track record as a strategic Department Head (Front Office Manager, Guest Experience Manager) with proven multi-departmental vision and training.
• Tools: Familiarity and dexterity with hotel management systems (PMS Avalon or similar), BI tools, and reputation platforms.

• Education: University Degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or Tourism. A Master's/Postgraduate degree in Hotel Management, MBA, or specialization in Revenue Management / Finance is highly valued.

• Languages: Fluent professional proficiency (demonstrable C1 level) in English. Interaction with international guests and partners is daily. Proficiency in other languages will be positively valued.

Currently, we are looking for our future Assistant Manager for Hotel Mac Puerto Marina, located in Benalmádena (Málaga). This position is not a static role; it is the direct gateway to assuming leadership within our company, as it is the engine that coordinates and provides coherence to all the establishment's operational gears, guaranteeing profitability, maximum customer satisfaction, and the continuous development of our middle management.

Assist the Hotel Management in operational and business management, acting as the person in charge in their absence and leading the Operating Committee (Department Heads) to break down silos, ensure regulatory rigor, and guarantee unforgettable experiences for our guests.

• Operational Excellence & Quality: Audit hotel standards daily, supervise online reputation metrics (NPS, ReviewPro), and lead Service Recovery in the face of complex incidents.
• Substitution and Representation: Assume full control and the institutional and legal representation of the hotel during the absences or breaks of the General Management.
• Leadership of Department Heads: Coordinate, align, and mentor Department Heads (Housekeeping, Reception, F&B, Maintenance), resolving interdepartmental frictions and building a cohesive working environment.
• Support in Business Control and Profitability: Analyze the profit and loss statement (P&L) monthly, monitor cost deviations, and propose corrective measures to protect and maximize the hotel's GOP.
• Commitment and Sustainability: Ensure strict compliance with health regulations, Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL), and lead Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) projects.
