Technical Services Manager - Hotel Pure Salt Port Adriano 5*

At Pure Salt Luxury Hotels we are looking to bring on board a Technical Services Manager for our Pure Salt Port Adriano 5*.

We are looking for someone with experience in facility maintenance, the ability to organize teams, and a clear focus on resolving issues. Someone who enjoys the technical side, but also coordinating and supporting the team on a day-to-day basis.

You will be the person responsible for coordinating and overseeing the daily operation of the Technical Services department, ensuring the proper maintenance of the hotel's facilities and compliance with preventive and corrective maintenance plans.

You will work in coordination with the Hotel Management and will have the support of the Corporate Technical Management on projects, planning, and technical matters.

• Organize and coordinate the daily work of the Technical Services team.
• Prepare and manage the department's schedules and shifts.
• Assign tasks and supervise their proper execution.
• Plan and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Oversee the condition of the hotel's facilities and identify areas requiring action.
• Manage and prioritize incidents and breakdowns, following up until they are resolved.
• Supervise the maintenance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, SPA, kitchen, guest room, and common area facilities.
• Coordinate and supervise external companies working on the hotel's facilities.
• Follow up on work carried out by suppliers and maintenance companies.
• Manage documentation, records, and periodic inspections of the facilities.
• Ensure compliance with regulations related to maintenance, occupational health and safety, and facility security.
• Supervise all aspects related to the maintenance and control of water and pool facilities.
• Coordinate with other departments to resolve issues that may affect the hotel's operation.
• Participate in improvement, renovation, and optimization projects for the facilities.

En Pure Salt Luxury Hotels buscamos incorporar un/a Responsable de Servicios Técnicos para nuestro Pure Salt Port Adriano 5*.

Buscamos una persona con experiencia en mantenimiento de instalaciones, capacidad para organizar equipos y una clara orientación a la resolución de incidencias. Una persona que disfrute de la parte técnica, pero también de coordinar y acompañar al equipo en el día a día.

Si te gusta trabajar sobre el terreno, organizar, resolver y asegurarte de que todo funciona correctamente, queremos conocerte.

Serás la persona responsable de coordinar y supervisar el funcionamiento diario del departamento de Servicios Técnicos, asegurando el correcto mantenimiento de las instalaciones del hotel y el cumplimiento de los planes de mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo.

Trabajarás en coordinación con la Dirección del Hotel y contarás con el apoyo de la Dirección Técnica Corporativa en proyectos, planificación y aspectos técnicos.

• Organizar y coordinar el trabajo diario del equipo de Servicios Técnicos.
• Elaborar y gestionar los cuadrantes y turnos del departamento.
• Distribuir las tareas y supervisar su correcta ejecución.
• Planificar y realizar el seguimiento del mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo.
• Supervisar el estado de las instalaciones del hotel y detectar necesidades de actuación.
• Gestionar y priorizar las incidencias y averías, realizando el seguimiento hasta su resolución.
• Supervisar el mantenimiento de instalaciones de climatización, electricidad, fontanería, piscinas, SPA, cocinas, habitaciones y zonas comunes.
• Coordinar y supervisar a las empresas externas que intervengan en las instalaciones del hotel.
• Realizar el seguimiento de los trabajos realizados por proveedores y empresas mantenedoras.
• Controlar la documentación, registros y revisiones periódicas de las instalaciones.
• Velar por el cumplimiento de la normativa relacionada con mantenimiento, prevención de riesgos laborales y seguridad de las instalaciones.
• Supervisar los aspectos relacionados con el mantenimiento y control de las instalaciones de agua y piscinas.
• Coordinarse con el resto de departamentos para resolver las incidencias que puedan afectar al funcionamiento del hotel.
• Participar en proyectos de mejora, renovación y optimización de las instalaciones.
