• Previous experience in facility maintenance, preferably in the hotel sector.
• Experience coordinating work teams or taking on responsibilities within a technical department.
• Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance.
• License and/or professional certification in swimming pool and Legionella maintenance
• Organizational and planning skills.
• A decisive, autonomous person with the ability to prioritize tasks and incidents.
• A team-oriented approach and good communication skills.
• Proficiency with computer tools. Experience with maintenance management software (CMMS, EISI HOTELS) will be valued.

We are looking for a person with experience in facility maintenance, the ability to organize teams, and a clear focus on resolving issues. A person who enjoys the technical side, but also coordinating and supporting the team on a day-to-day basis.

You will be the person responsible for coordinating and supervising the day-to-day operations of the Technical Services department, ensuring proper maintenance of the hotel's facilities and compliance with preventive and corrective maintenance plans.

You will work in coordination with the Hotel Management and will have the support of the Corporate Technical Management in projects, planning, and technical matters.

• Organize and coordinate the day-to-day work of the Technical Services team.
• Prepare and manage the department's schedules and shifts.
• Distribute tasks and supervise their proper execution.
• Plan and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Supervise the condition of the hotel's facilities and identify where action is needed.
• Manage and prioritize incidents and breakdowns, following up until they are resolved.
• Supervise the maintenance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, swimming pool, spa, kitchen, guest room, and common area systems.
• Coordinate and supervise external companies working on the hotel's facilities.
• Follow up on work carried out by suppliers and maintenance companies.
• Manage documentation, records, and periodic facility inspections.
• Ensure compliance with regulations related to maintenance, occupational risk prevention, and facility safety.
• Supervise aspects related to the maintenance and control of water systems and swimming pools.
• Coordinate with other departments to resolve issues that may affect the hotel's operations.
• Participate in facility improvement, renovation, and optimization projects.
