What we're looking for

-Course-Culinary school certification.

- Food handler's certificate (mandatory).

- Knowledge of HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) practices.

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the role.

The role

At Magic Hotel Group, we are looking for a HEAD CHEF for our 3*, 4*, and 5* hotel establishments in Benidorm (Alicante). You will have the opportunity to develop in a dynamic environment and be part of a continuously growing company.

What you'll do

Duties:
- You will lead a professional kitchen and manage the kitchen brigade, taking on a leadership role.

- Leadership and mentoring for kitchen team members.

-·Ensure the necessary human and material resources to carry out the mission.

- Menu preparation.

- ·Handle customer complaints and claims in your area.

- Work planning.

- Supervise quality standards.

- Conduct regular briefings and provide support for the team's training needs.

-· Verify daily compliance with the HACCP regulations.
