What you'll do

  • Supervision: be present and supervise the assembly, execution, and disassembly phases of events and filming, guaranteeing their correct development.

  • Care of the spaces: check the condition of the rooms and facilities before and after assembly and disassembly work, communicating any detected incidents.

  • Internal coordination: act as a liaison with the different Museum services to guarantee the coverage of the needs of each activity and supervise the correct signing of the delivery and reception report for Museum material.

  • Reports: prepare final reports on the development of the events, including relevant incidents, and submit them to the space rental coordinators.
