What you'll do

  • Lead and coordinate the team at the center: direct the daily tasks of crowd management, apply service operations, and assign the corresponding functions.

  • Manage incidents and communicate news: resolve setbacks with visitors and work teams, communicating any situation or work deviation to the managers.

  • Supervise opening, closing, and regulations: provide support in the daily opening/closing protocols and ensure the conservation of the works and the exhibition space.

  • Attend to and guide the visiting public: welcome users and adapt information regarding routes and exhibitions to their needs.
