We are looking for a Sales Service Assistant for an immersive and interactive museum space dedicated to disseminating, highlighting, and celebrating intangible cultural tradition and heritage.

  • Watch over the facilities and heritage: care for the spaces, equipment, materials, and museographic elements of the facility, notifying coordination of any incidents.

  • Coordinate opening and closing operations: execute daily protocols for turning on and off lights, museographic systems, and general preparation of the space.

  • Provide support for the visitor experience: provide support in the use of museographic elements (especially audio guides) and attend to basic information needs regarding the tour.

  • Control access and room flow: organize the circulation of visitors and groups, controlling access and ensuring compliance with the center's guidelines in a friendly manner.

  • Collaborate in audience studies: participate in data collection and user satisfaction surveys for the continuous improvement of the service.
