At MANGO we are looking for Assistant Store Managers for our flagship stores in Barcelona. In this role, you will have real impact on the business, visibility with regional management, and the opportunity to lead high-level teams.

• Manage teams and develop talent, motivating and training the store team.

• Drive commercial results through KPI analysis (sales, conversion, average ticket, productivity, stock).

• Ensure an exceptional customer experience and the correct presentation of product in store.

• Coordinate resources, stock, and shift planning to maximize efficiency.

• Participate actively in the store strategy and in the achievement of local and regional objectives.
