We are looking for a Business Owner for the Photo Studio. In this role, you will lead the operation and evolution of the area's core tool, being the person responsible for business decision-making regarding its functioning and evolution.

You will need to have the technological knowledge to understand the tool in detail, as well as a deep understanding of the operations, functioning, and day-to-day of the business, in order to identify needs, propose improvements, and resolve any incidents that may arise.

You will be the point of contact between the Studio and the Technology area, conveying needs, evolutions, and new functionalities, and making the final business decisions to improve and evolve the tool.

Your role will go beyond the relationship with Technology: you will also be responsible for identifying, optimizing, and coordinating cross-functional workflows between the Studio and other business areas, ensuring that the processes connecting both parties function efficiently and in alignment.

• Analyze the needs of the business and other areas that interact with the Photo Studio, and translate them into clear functional requirements to convey them to the Technology team.
• Maintain an expert vision of the Photo Studio's operations that allows you to anticipate needs and detect incremental improvements in the tool's functioning, being proactive in proposing improvements and new functionalities.
• Establish structured channels to collect feedback from end users (photographers, retouching, production) and incorporate it into the tool's continuous improvement cycle.
• Identify dependencies with other business areas and manage their impact on ongoing developments and projects.
• Map and optimize cross-functional workflows between the Studio and other business areas (for example, Product, Marketing, or E-commerce), identifying bottlenecks and proposing process improvements that do not necessarily depend on technological development.
• As Business Owner, prioritize the development backlog according to criticality, dependencies, and business impact, in coordination with the Technology team.
• Validate through UATs that the delivered solutions meet the defined requirements before they are put into production.
• Be the business reference for the tool in the Studio, autonomously resolving non-technical incidents and doubts that arise.
• As Business Owner, monitor the implementation of assigned projects, detecting deviations from a business perspective and resolving them to guarantee a successful delivery.
• Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) that allow for the evaluation of the tool's real impact, such as adoption, production efficiency, error reduction, or time savings.
• Act as the business interlocutor for the Photo Studio in cross-functional transformation initiatives, conveying needs and verifying that the proposed solutions cover the Studio's requirements.
• Execute cross-functional initiatives on a day-to-day basis according to the criteria and objectives defined by your manager, being responsible for their correct implementation in the Photo Studio.
