The role

The Global Pricing Manager is a key strategic role within Global Pricing, responsible for building and leading the analytical capability that support pricing decisions across brands, markets and channels.

In the context of the transformation towards a strategic partner, this role acts as the owner of pricing intelligence and advanced analytics, enabling fact-based strategic decision-making, predictive capabilities and continuous value optimization.

The position combines strong business knowledge with advance analytical expertise acting as a key partner to Pricing Managers and stakeholders by transforming complex data into actionable recommendations that enhance value creation and support top-line growth.

What you'll do

  • Lead the development of advanced pricing analytics frameworks to support strategic decision-making
  • Own and evolve price elasticity models, demand modelling and scenario simulations
  • Generate consumer-centric pricing insights (WTP, segmentation, behaviour)
  • Translate complex analytics into clear, actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders
  • Own the end-to-end pricing intelligence agenda, integrating internal and external data
  • Design the evolution of competitive benchmarking towards a consumer- and market-centric model
  • Identify value creation opportunities and pricing risks across brands and markets
  • Design and scale the Global Pricing analytics engine, enabling predictive and integrated capabilities
  • Define and track pricing KPIs, identifying optimization levers and performance improvements
  • Act as the functional lead for pricing analytics, defining best practices and driving capability building
