We are looking for a Store Manager to join our team

You will report to the District Manager and will be responsible for the overall management of your store. Your role will be to ensure that sales targets are exceeded, that customer service is at the highest level, and that the store image is impeccable. You will be responsible for leading and motivating your team and maintaining an active and friendly atmosphere.

• Planning, implementing, and monitoring activities necessary to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Analysis and oversight of management and cost indicators with a view to optimizing them.
• Knowledge of the collection, control, and management of stock with a view to maximizing sales.
• Working with the team, being a role model, and supporting effective communication within the team.
• Recruitment, training, and ensuring the excellent integration of new employees.
• Leading and motivating the team, ensuring the development of their employees' potential.
• Planning, organizing, setting priorities, and allocating tasks with a view to optimizing resources and minimizing costs.
