The role

We are looking for a STORE MANAGER for our MANGO HOME store located in the Gran Plaza shopping center in Majadahonda.

What you'll do

Manage the daily operation of the store, including accounting, budgeting, hiring, discipline, and employee scheduling.
Supervise inventory, sales promotion, and the maintenance of the store's appearance.
Implement commercialization, financial administration, and supervision of the sales staff.
Ensure the execution of all organizational policies to achieve projected sales and profit objectives.
