• Previous experience in recruitment and selection of personnel, preferably in a fashion or retail environment. (2 years)

• Experience in the use of employment agency services and in the distribution of job offers through various channels, including Internet postings and print media.

• Experience in maintaining accurate and concise records and in preparing reports regarding all stages of the recruitment and selection process, including "Equal Employment Opportunity" (EEO) statistics.

• Experience in talent acquisition from universities, technical schools, and job fairs.

• Education in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields.

• Communication and collaboration skills: Ability to work in a team, valuing personal and cultural differences, and establishing relationships of trust.

• Results orientation: Ability to achieve established objectives and priorities with maximum quality and within agreed deadlines.

• Problem analysis and resolution: Ability to identify and define problems, determine their causes, prioritize, and select the most appropriate solutions for each case, always considering their long-term repercussions.

• Availability for 40 hours per week.

Taking Fashion Further

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist for our MANGO offices in Madrid.

• Search for and select the most suitable sources to recruit personnel, both internally and externally, to fill the organization's positions at all levels.

• Conduct interviews and recommend candidates for different positions, including entry-level, technical, experienced professionals, IT staff, office staff, manual workers, and potential management positions.

• Utilize employment agency services when necessary and distribute job offers in appropriate locations, including Internet postings and print media.

• Ensure the maintenance of accurate and concise records and reports regarding all stages of the recruitment and selection process, including "Equal Employment Opportunity" (EEO) statistics.

• Recruit personnel from universities, technical schools, and job fairs, as necessary.
