• In our recruitment team, we are looking to bring on a person as a Tech Recruiter, assuming a key role in the identification, attraction, and selection of technological talent for our projects, performing the following main functions:

• Actively participate in the search and selection processes for engineering profiles.
• Post job offers, perform active searching, and contact candidates.
• Conduct interviews and follow up on selection processes.
• Coordinate with the internal team to understand the needs of each project.
• Support the management and updating of our internal database.
