Requirements

What we're looking for

  • Passion for coffee and its preparation.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to work as part of a team.
  • Cheerful, dynamic, and positive profile.
  • Flexibility and ability to adapt to different situations.
  • Availability and flexible schedule to work different shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Nice to have

  • Experience as a bar waiter/waitress and/or in sales will be favorably valued. Don't worry if you don't have it yet, we will train you!

Pay & benefits

What you'll get

  • Replacement contract.
  • 20 hours per week.
  • Salary of 872€/month + holidays + overtime.
  • A day off for your birthday.

The role

What you'll do

  • Customer service, ensuring quality throughout the entire process.
  • Preparation of all types of coffee, beverages, and services (breakfasts, afternoon snacks, take away, etc.).
  • Customer loyalty and sales promotion through sales techniques (up-selling and cross-selling).
  • Cash handling and operation of the till/POS.
  • Ensuring the proper maintenance and cleanliness of the store.

How you'll work

  • Schedule adapted to the shopping center, rotating from Monday to Sunday.
  • At least two days off per week.
