The selected person will provide administrative support to the logistics and commercial area, ensuring documentary follow-up and daily coordination with the various agents involved. Responsibilities Order entry and preparation of offers under the supervision of the Product Manager. Planning of the different loads in the various means of transport used: truck, train, and ship. Supervision of financial risk capacity in the system. Telephone assistance to customers. Skills and qualifications Vocational training in the administration area or a degree in Business Administration. Basic knowledge of foreign trade (letters of credit) would be valued. B2 level of English. Knowledge of Portuguese is desirable. 6-month contract + stable incorporation into the permanent staff.
