Accounts Payable Clerk

Accounts Payable Administrator (M/F/X) Do you have experience in supplier accounting and invoice management? An important leading group in the integral management of the water cycle, environmental services, and sustainable solutions requires the incorporation of an Accounts Payable Administrator for its Barcelona offices. Functions: Recording supplier invoices using SAP or Navision. Reconciliation of supplier accounts. Attention and support to suppliers. Management and resolution of incidents related to invoices. Filing and monitoring of administrative documentation. Requirements: Previous experience in administration or accounts payable departments. Knowledge of SAP and/or Navision. High level of Spanish. Training in Administration, Accounting, or related areas is valued. Organized, proactive person with the ability to work in a team. We offer: Immediate incorporation. Temporary contract to cover medical leave. Gross annual salary between €27,575 and €30,148, depending on experience and knowledge provided. Full-time: Monday to Thursday: 8.5 hours daily. Friday: 6.45 hours. Hybrid modality: possibility of 2 days of teleworking per week once the first 3 months have passed. Workplace located in Zona Franca (Barcelona).
