The role
They are looking to incorporate a clearly commercial and patient-oriented profile to manage the entire lead journey until the first medical visit.
This person will be responsible for attending to potential patients arriving through different channels, understanding what they are looking for, explaining and providing guidance on the clinic's treatments, and securing the booking of the first visit with the doctor.
What you'll do
🔄 Functions
Management of leads coming from:
Instagram.
Web forms.
Other acquisition channels.
First contact with the patient.
Listening to and detecting which treatment or need they are looking for.
Advising and explaining the different available treatments.
Working the lead commercially to secure the first visit.
Booking the appointment with the doctor.
Following up on the commercial process.
Focus on sales and patient conversion.
How you'll work
🕐 Schedule
Monday to Friday.
Approximate center hours: 10:00 to 20:00 h.
Possibility of starting at 11:00 h.
Indicated working day of 8 hours per day.
