Internship in Sales and Customer Management - Retail/Beauty

At Freshly, we are looking for an intern eager to learn, contribute ideas, and grow within the Key Accounts team.
If you are interested in the retail world and want to dive fully into the day-to-day of a commercial team... this role is for you 💛

• You will support the KA team in preparing sell-in and sell-out analyses: collecting, cleaning, and updating data for periodic reports.

• You will provide administrative and operational support in the day-to-day of the channel (order tracking, documentation for clients, promotion management), coordinating with Back Office and Logistic Operations.

• You will collaborate in preparing materials for client meetings and Joint Business Plans: presentations, data tables, and tracking of agreements.

• You will keep the channel's commercial information up to date (assortment, distribution, active points of sale) in internal tools.

• You will learn the full commercial cycle of the channel, from order to sell-out, including forecasting, promotions, and replenishment.

• You will support the team during peak workloads and in projects for process improvement and automation.

• University degree student (Bachelor's or Master's) in Business Administration or similar, with an active internship agreement (must be able to sign one).

• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills for analyzing and reporting commercial data.

• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and reliability in handling information.

• Knowledge of ERP / Business Central and the retail, pharmacy, or beauty sector is valued.

• Native Spanish; English, Portuguese, or Italian is valued.

· This is a paid internship, because we value your time and effort.
· The position is hybrid at Freshly (3 days on-site and 2 days remote), at our offices in Reus, where you will enjoy a dynamic and collaborative environment.

• Apoyarás al equipo de KA en la preparación de análisis de sell-in y sell-out: recopilación, limpieza y actualización de datos para los reportes periódicos.

• Darás soporte administrativo y operativo en el día a día del canal (seguimiento de pedidos, documentación para clientes, gestión de promociones), coordinándote con Back Office y Logistic Operations.

• Colaborarás en la preparación de materiales para reuniones de cliente y Joint Business Plans: presentaciones, cuadros de datos y seguimiento de acuerdos.

• Mantendrás actualizada la información comercial del canal (surtido, distribución, PDV activos) en las herramientas internas.

• Aprenderás el ciclo comercial completo del canal, desde el pedido hasta el sell-out, pasando por forecast, promociones y replenishment.

• Apoyarás al equipo en picos de carga y en proyectos de mejora y automatización de procesos.

• Estudiante de Grado universitario/Postgrado/Máster de ADE o similar, con convenio de prácticas en vigor (imprescindible poder firmar convenio).

• Manejo de Excel a nivel medio-avanzado para análisis y reporting de datos comerciales.

• Orientación al detalle, organización y fiabilidad en el manejo de la información.

• Se valora conocimiento de ERP / Business Central y del sector retail, farmacia o beauty.

• Español nativo; se valora inglés, portugués o italiano.

· Esta es una vacante de prácticas remuneradas, porque valoramos tu tiempo y esfuerzo.
· La vacante es híbrida en Freshly Park (3 días presenciales y 2 de teletrabajo), nuestras oficinas en Reus, donde podrás disfrutar de un entorno dinámico y colaborativo.
