Customer Service (M/F/X)

Do you have administrative experience, do you enjoy interacting with customers, and are you proficient in English? This could be your opportunity!

We are looking to hire a Customer Service Administrator (M/F/X) to provide support to customers and manage administrative tasks in a dynamic environment.

Your duties will include customer service via telephone and email, the management and follow-up of incidents, administrative support and documentation updates, as well as coordination and communication with national and international customers. You will also make regular use of Office suite tools.

We are looking for people with previous experience in administrative and customer service roles, a B1-B2 level of English both spoken and written, regular use of the Office suite, and good communication skills, with a clear customer orientation.

Previous experience in logistics or transport environments will be positively valued.

We offer initial employment through a temporary agency, an initial working day of 5 hours daily with the possibility of increasing to full-time depending on service needs, a morning shift within the approximate range of 07:00 to 15:00, flexible start dates according to company needs, and the possibility of continuity and professional development.
