You will be part of the quality team, participating in the sensory evaluation of food products, ensuring they meet established standards. 🛠️ Your main functions: Tasting and assessment of products (cold cuts, sausages, pizzas, etc.) through sensory analysis. Preparation of samples: cured products, cooked products, pâtés, pizzas, and textures. Identification of basic flavors (sweet, salty, bitter, sour...). Evaluation of aromas and organoleptic notes. Recording results via tablet or computer. Support in work organization and coordination with the team. Monitoring of incidents and collaboration in process improvement.
