Logistics Customer Service

• Training: Degree in Logistics and Transport. Degree in Industrial Organization Engineering. Degree in Business Administration or Economics with a specialization in logistics or operations. Degree in International Business.
• Technical Knowledge: Use of digital tools (ERP (SAP, Navision, SAGE or others), Excel, Office 365, Power BI). Familiarity with logistics flows (order, loading, transport, delivery).
• Languages: Valuable: Advanced French (B2 or higher). Advanced English (B2 or higher).
• Minimum experience: 2 years of previous experience in customer service and/or logistics administrative management. Experience in industrial or consumer goods environments will be valued.
• Key skills: Customer orientation. High communication capacity. Analytical vision and orientation toward continuous improvement. Organization and time management. Problem-solving and initiative. Teamwork.
• Residence in areas close to Gandía (Valencia).
• Driving licence.

MISSION:
To guarantee excellent customer service and efficient order management, anticipating incidents and ensuring agile, precise, and service-oriented communication.
The person will be a key link between customers, transport, shipping, and the warehouse, contributing directly to the reliability and quality of the logistics service.

MAIN FUNCTIONS:
Order Management

• Receipt, validation, and registration of orders in the corporate ERP.
• Review of EDI orders, error detection, and necessary corrections.
• Confirmation of loading dates, delivery, and product availability.
• Registration of modifications and maintenance of linked documentation.

High-quality customer service

• Continuous information regarding order status, deadlines, prices, and conditions.
• Resolution of operational inquiries: deliveries, routes, modifications, incidents.
• Proactive communication and customer orientation in the face of any deviation.

Operational follow-up

• Monitor compliance with deadlines.
• Perform follow-up with the warehouse, shipping, transport, and planning.

Incident management

• Registration, analysis, and closure of transport, product, or documentation incidents.
• Communication of actions, solutions, and timings to customers and involved areas.
• Preparation of basic reports (KPIs, recurring incidents, service levels).
• Propose improvements and participate in incident resolution.

Internal coordination

• Daily contact with Shipping, Traffic, Warehouse, and Planning.
• Follow-up on compliance with operational deadlines and agreed conditions.
• Documentary coordination (delivery notes, special instructions, returns, etc.).

Reporting and documentation

• Updating management systems.
• Filing and documentary control according to internal procedures.
• Continuous updating of systems and BI/Excel tools.
• Preparation of operational reports to support the area: delays, incidents, order statuses.
