Home Respiratory Therapies Nurse (M/F/X) - Barcelona Home Respiratory Therapies Nurse (M/F/X) - Barcelona At Manpower Professional Recruitment, we collaborate with a leading company in the home respiratory therapies sector that is looking to hire a Nurse to reinforce its care team in Catalonia. We are looking for a profile with experience in managing chronic patients and respiratory therapies, with the capacity to work autonomously in a home environment and skills for health education and clinical patient monitoring. Functions Performing arterial blood gas analyses at home and in other care settings. Monitoring and control of patients with Home Respiratory Therapy (HRT). Health education for patients and families regarding the proper use of respiratory equipment and devices. Supervision and review of correct functioning and adherence to prescribed treatments. Clinical assessment and detection of incidents related to respiratory therapy. Coordination with healthcare professionals and multidisciplinary teams to guarantee continuity of care. Management and updating of clinical documentation and patient records. Occasional coverage of activities in other areas of Catalonia according to care needs. Requirements Degree or Diploma in Nursing. Experience and autonomy in performing arterial blood gas analyses (essential). Experience in home care and in the fields of respiratory therapies, clinical nutrition, and diabetes is valued. Driver's license and availability for travel. We offer Permanent contract. Full-time. Salary: €29,856.94 gross per year. Schedule from Monday to Friday from 9:00h to 18:00h, with a one-hour lunch break. Incorporation into an on-call system once the training and qualification period is completed (approximately one on-call shift every 4-6 weeks). A stable project within a leading company in the home care field. Specific training in respiratory therapies and continuous professional development. Necessary tools for the performance of the position and support from a specialized team. Location Barcelona and metropolitan area, with occasional coverage in other areas.
