The role
At Manpower Spain, we are looking for a Field Service Engineer for our client, a Spanish company specializing in the development, commercialization, and maintenance of scientific instrumentation for laboratories and research, offering solutions in chemical analysis, life sciences, and industrial control.
This is a role with high autonomy, independently managing technical assistance to clients in laboratories and hospitals throughout the Iberian Peninsula, with frequent travel and stays away from home (50% overnight). The role offers teleworking when there is no travel, but it is essential to reside near Madrid and Barajas to facilitate travel.
What you'll do
- Install advanced scientific instrumentation in the client's hospitals and laboratories.
- Train users in the handling and maintenance of the equipment.
- Provide remote assistance and initial troubleshooting.
- Perform on-site preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Control stocks of equipment and consumables.
- Perform basic maintenance of company facilities and vehicles.
