Point of Sale Manager (M/F/D) Madrid We are looking for a Point of Sale Manager (M/F/D) in Madrid for an important brand in the beverage sector, with the objective of maximizing visibility, presence, and sales in the convenience channel. The selected person will be responsible for ensuring correct execution at the point of sale, optimizing product exposure, guaranteeing stock, and strengthening the relationship with store managers. 🎯 Functions: Implementation of planograms and POS material. Stock control, detection of out-of-stock items, and order generation. Management of promotions, prices, and free-of-charge merchandise. Visit reporting and competitor analysis. Negotiation and improvement of the relationship with the point of sale. Management of loyalty programs. 👤 Requirements: At least 6 months of experience as a POS Manager. Experience in beverages/food and the convenience channel is valued. Proactivity, results orientation, and commercial skills. Proficiency with digital tools and a driver's license. 💼 Conditions: Contract: Permanent fixed-discontinuous. Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Salary: 1512.95 gross euros per month + variable through incentives linked to the achievement of objectives. Company vehicle: two-seater van. Company mobile and tablet.
