Requirements

What we're looking for

• Experience as a point of sale manager (minimum 1 year)

• Class B driver's license, with valid points (minimum 8).

• Availability to work rotating shifts.

• Competencies: communication skills, customer orientation, and good interpersonal skills.

• 1 year of experience in the role.

• Availability to work in rotating shifts 9-18h (Standard working hours) 15-0:00h (possible) and 12h-21h (sporadic); schedules change every week, working 5 days with 2 days off, 2 weekends per month may be worked.

The role

At IMAN Global Consulting, our specialized recruitment division, we are looking for a Point of Sale Manager in Madrid.

What you'll do

Your duties will be the following:

• You will ensure that the point of sale always complies with legal regulations and standards.

• You will advise and train new point of sale staff as needed.

• You will be able to propose actions or initiatives for the point of sale.

• You will detect and communicate opportunities and risks at the points of sale.

• You will detect and communicate actions or changes in premises within your area.

• You will visit the different points of sale in your geographic area according to the frequency assigned by the supervisor.

• You will prepare point of sale visit reports.

• You will manage incidents with customers at the points of sale.

• You will process the material needs of the points of sale.
