The role

Debt Collection Specialist (M/F/X) 🚀 Do you have experience in financial debt collection and are you motivated by negotiation? This opportunity is for you. We are looking for Debt Collection Specialists with experience in financial debt recovery to join a consolidated company in full growth, within a dynamic, stable, and results-oriented professional environment. What will your mission be? You will be part of the team in charge of managing and recovering unpaid financial product debts, maintaining contact with customers through various communication channels to reach effective and sustainable regularization agreements. Your main functions ✅ Debt management via telephone calls and WhatsApp. ✅ Communication and follow-up via email. ✅ Negotiation of payment agreements following the company's internal policies. ✅ Follow-up on commitments made and file control. ✅ Integral management of a financial debt portfolio. What are we looking for? ✔ Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial or banking debt recovery. ✔ Knowledge of financial products: personal loans, credit cards, and mortgages. ✔ Regular use of CRM, telephone management platforms, and digital communication tools. ✔ Basic level of English. ✔ Profile highly oriented towards results and the achievement of objectives.
