Collections Manager

What are we looking for in you?
- University degree or higher vocational training in Business Administration and Management (ADE) or similar.
- Two years of previous experience in collections management, supervision, or similar functions.
- Knowledge of SAGE X3 (valuable), Microsoft Office (advanced), and administrative management tools.
- Legal notions: monitorio processes and basic phases of judicial debt recovery.
- Good negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team and with a results-oriented focus.
- Knowledge of horizontal property regulations (a plus!).

At DUPLEX Ascensores, we are looking for a Collections Manager to join the Administration and Finance team at our headquarters.

What will you do in your day-to-day?
- Follow-up on unpaid invoices and direct debits.
- Contact property managers, community presidents, and other clients to claim payments.
- You will manage payment agreements, follow up on commitments, and resolve incidents.
- You will detect cases of persistent delinquency and promote legal actions when necessary.
- You will issue periodic reports on the status of the client portfolio and propose improvements to the collection processes.
