Your mission in the position You will be responsible for coordinating and leading the mechanical team, ensuring that projects and workshop tasks are carried out with the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. Your work will contribute directly to optimizing resources, guaranteeing the correct functioning of industrial equipment, and meeting established production objectives. What will your day-to-day be like? Lead, motivate, and organize the technical team under your charge. Distribute tasks according to the capabilities and specialization of each worker. Plan and coordinate small and medium-scale mechanical projects. Supervise mechanical assembly, adjustments, maintenance, and welding work. Guarantee compliance with execution deadlines and quality standards. Efficiently manage the materials, tools, and machinery necessary for each project. Act as the main interlocutor between client needs, management, and the production team. Detect incidents and propose effective technical solutions. Ensure strict compliance with Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL) regulations. Participate in the continuous improvement of production and maintenance processes. What will make you successful in this position? 🔧 Previous experience in managing mechanical teams or industrial maintenance Your experience will allow you to organize resources, make decisions, and provide solutions with autonomy from day one. ⚙️ Solid knowledge in mechanics, welding, and industrial assembly These will be fundamental to supervising work and providing technical support to the team when necessary. 📐 Interpretation of technical drawings This will help you correctly coordinate projects and guarantee precise execution. 🛠️ Organizational capacity and results orientation You will know how to prioritize tasks, optimize times, and ensure the fulfillment of set objectives. 🤝 Leadership, communication, and conflict resolution Your ability to manage people will be key to maintaining a committed and efficient team. 🚗 Availability of your own vehicle To carry out travel related to the needs of the position. Requirements Higher Level Vocational Training in Mechanics, Welding, Industrial Maintenance, or similar. Demonstrable experience in similar functions of team management and coordination of mechanical works. Solid knowledge in welding, assembly, and industrial maintenance. Ability to interpret technical drawings. Proactive, decisive profile with decision-making capacity. Leadership and communication skills. Own vehicle.
