The role

From Manpower Professional Recruitment, we collaborate with a leading External Prevention Service in Bilbao that is looking to hire an Occupational Medicine Specialist (M/F) to join their healthcare team.

We are looking for a professional with a clinical focus, organizational skills, and a commitment to occupational health, within a stable, structured environment with ongoing support from the medical and nursing team.

What you'll do

  • Carrying out occupational medical examinations and issuing fitness reports in accordance with current regulations.
  • Coordinated work within the care circuit alongside occupational nursing and auxiliary staff.
  • Validation of results, laboratory tests, and clinical-occupational files.
  • Participation in protocol review, preparation of technical reports, and resolution of internal inquiries.
  • Collaboration in continuing education activities and improvement of care processes.
  • Occasional travel to nearby peripheral centers according to service planning.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree/Degree in Medicine.
  • Teamwork skills and a focus on healthcare quality.
