At El Corte Inglés, we are looking for an Occupational Health Physician to join our Shared Prevention Service. You will be part of a team committed to prevention, continuous improvement, and the promotion of safe, healthy, and sustainable work environments. Your contribution will have a direct impact from day one.
Main duties and requirements.
What you'll do
Perform health examinations and monitor working conditions to ensure the physical and mental well-being of staff
Support recovery processes after workplace accidents or occupational diseases, ensuring safe and adapted reintegration
Collaborate with different departments in identifying risks, analyzing incidents, and designing preventive strategies
Manage health documentation and ensure compliance with occupational risk prevention regulations
Provide medical consultations, lead wellness campaigns, and offer professional guidance on occupational health matters
