• Provide support in the various stages of the production process.
• Prepare and supply production lines with the necessary materials.
• Supervise the correct functioning of equipment and machinery.
• Perform product quality controls during production.
• Record production data and detected incidents.
• Communicate any anomaly to guarantee the quality and safety of the process.
• Maintain order and cleanliness at the workstation.
• Collaborate with the team to meet established production objectives.
• Participate in continuous improvement actions when necessary.

• Previous experience in production roles or industrial environments (valued).
• Availability to work rotating morning, afternoon, and night shifts.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and hygiene standards.
• Ability to follow work procedures precisely.
• Attention to detail and quality orientation.
• Proactive, responsible attitude and a willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in a team and good communication skills.
• Physical stamina to perform tasks typical of a production environment.
• Training in Occupational Risk Prevention or experience in industrial environments is valued.
