What will your mission be? To lead the plant's production operations, ensuring compliance with production, quality, safety, and productivity objectives, while promoting a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence. Main responsibilities ✅ Direct the plant's production activity and ensure compliance with the production plan. ✅ Drive continuous improvement initiatives aimed at increasing the efficiency, productivity, and performance of operations. ✅ Guarantee the highest standards of safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. ✅ Lead and develop production teams, enhancing their autonomy and professional growth. ✅ Monitor operational KPIs and define action plans to achieve business objectives. ✅ Participate in investment, industrialization, and commissioning projects for new processes and equipment. ✅ Collaborate cross-functionally with the Quality, Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, and Operations areas. What are we looking for? ✔ University degree in Engineering or technical disciplines. ✔ Experience leading production teams in industrial environments. ✔ Knowledge of continuous improvement, Lean Manufacturing, and indicator management. ✔ Ability to manage teams and develop talent. ✔ Results-oriented profile, with an operational vision and leadership capacity. ✔ Experience in regulated sectors such as Pharma, Chemical, Food, or Healthcare is valued.
