Our client needs to add to their Supply team the cross-functional role of a PRODUCTION PLANNER with support for the LOGISTICS department. You will be responsible for planning the production of finished products and semi-finished goods, attending to customer demand, production capacities, the availability of raw materials, and sales forecasts, optimizing stock levels according to the Group's objectives.

• Plan and coordinate production based on demand, sales forecasts, production capacity, and stock levels, ensuring compliance with delivery deadlines and customer service levels.
• Manage and optimize the stock of finished products, raw materials, and consumables, performing tracking, adjustments, and inventories that ensure the reliability of the information and the achievement of the company's objectives.
• Create, maintain, and improve the planning parameters, manufacturing orders, and control tools necessary to ensure efficient planning aligned with the needs of the business.
• Coordinate procurement needs, providing consumption forecasts and actively collaborating with purchasing and suppliers to ensure the availability of materials, consumables, and services.
• Manage purchase requests, order tracking, and delivery control, ensuring compliance with deadlines, agreed conditions, and service levels by suppliers.
• Support logistics operations through the tracking of shipments, coordination with transportation operators, and the implementation of improvements aimed at increasing service reliability.
• Lead or participate in planning and coordination meetings with the different areas of the company, ensuring fluid communication about production plans, operational changes, and relevant incidents.
• Manage incidents related to production, procurement, transportation, quality, or material availability, identifying solutions that minimize the impact on the customer and operations.
• Prepare, analyze, and track the main KPIs of planning, procurement, and logistics, generating key information for decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Actively participate in process optimization projects, digital transformation, and the implementation of new management tools within the Supply Chain.
• Maintain constant communication with departments such as Production, Commercial, Customer Service, R&D, IT, and Supply Chain, as well as with suppliers and external collaborators, to ensure proper coordination of operations.
• Promote continuous improvement initiatives aimed at increasing operational efficiency, optimizing costs, and improving the overall performance of the supply chain.

• Higher education + complementary training in Supply Chain.
• Regular user of SAP - ESSENTIAL -.
• Minimum English level of First Certificate.
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in the role of production planning, procurement, logistics, and/or supply chain.
• Organizational capacity and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Attention to detail and analytical focus.
• Communication and coordination skills with different departments.
• Negotiation capacity with suppliers and external collaborators.
• Dynamic, adaptable profile with an interest in developing a global vision of Supply Chain.
• Ability to work autonomously and assume responsibilities in demanding industrial environments.
