Automotive Workshop Receptionist (North Madrid) (M/F/X) Do you have experience in workshop reception and knowledge of spare parts and automotive administrative management? We are looking for an organized, proactive person with a customer orientation to join a consolidated workshop, becoming the link between customers, mechanics, and suppliers. What will your functions be? In-person and telephone reception and customer service. Appointment management and planning workshop entries. Opening, monitoring, and closing of work orders. Preparation and follow-up of quotes. Management and control of replenishment orders. Requesting, purchasing, and following up on parts and spare parts with suppliers. Stock control and spare parts warehouse management. Communication with customers regarding the status of repairs. Daily coordination with the mechanics team to optimize intervention times. Document and administrative management specific to the workshop. What are we looking for? Previous experience as a Workshop Receptionist, Service Advisor, or a similar position in the automotive sector. Knowledge of spare parts, suppliers, and parts purchasing processes. Regular use of workshop management software, repair orders, and spare parts platforms. Organizational capacity, attention to detail, and customer orientation. Communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. A proactive, proactive person with the ability to work in a team.
