Mechanical Workshop Administrator

• Requirements:

o Minimum studies: Intermediate or Higher Vocational Training in Administration, Automotive, or similar.

o Minimum experience: Experience: 1-2 years in mechanical workshops, spare parts warehouses, or similar. We value experience and knowledge, although the most important thing is the desire to learn.

o Valid Class B driver's license.

You will be responsible for the administrative and operational management of repairs, acting as a link between workshops, the insurance company, and the internal team, guaranteeing the correct planning, monitoring, and closing of each file, with tasks including:

• Management of repair files.

• Preparation and monitoring of work orders.

• Control of delivery notes, purchases, and invoicing, and cost analysis using Excel.

• Carrying out repair assessments and quotes.

• Use of the Quiter management program and our technological fleet management platform.

• Coordination of the in-house spare parts warehouse.
