The role

Payroll Technician (M/F/X) At Manpower Professional Recruitment, we are looking to hire a Payroll Technician for a consolidated and highly prestigious educational institution located in Barcelona. Functions: Integral management of the complete payroll cycle for a workforce of approximately 400 employees. Preparation, review, and closing of payrolls. Management of social security and taxes. Processing of registrations, terminations, and variations in Social Security. Management of processes through Sistema RED, SILTRA, Contrat@, Delta, and CASIA. Administration and monitoring of temporary disability processes, maternity, paternity, and other labor incidents. Resolution of queries and incidents related to labor management. Coordination with official bodies and compliance with current labor regulations. Requirements: Degree in Labor Relations, Law, Human Resources, or similar. Minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll and labor administration positions. Experience performing the complete payroll cycle autonomously. Proficiency in A3. Solid knowledge of Social Security, Sistema RED, SILTRA, Contrat@, Delta, and CASIA. Previous experience in a labor agency or consultancy is valued. Rigorous, organized person, with attention to detail and the ability to work in a team. Conditions: Permanent contract directly with the company. Fixed salary of €35,000 gross per year + €1,200 annual variable. 100% on-site working modality. 37.5-hour work week. Flexible schedule with a 1-hour lunch break. Intensive workday every Friday with departure at 3:00 PM. Intensive workday during the summer months. Vacations during Holy Week, August, and Christmas. Offices located in Barcelona, stable project within a solid organization with low turnover and an excellent working environment.
