At Marlex People, we collaborate with a renowned insurance brokerage located in Terrassa, with over 90 years of experience in risk advisory and management, which is looking to hire a Claims Handler to reinforce its Claims Department.

What you'll do

• Process claims for home, community, automobile, and SME lines, from opening to resolution.

• Offer a comprehensive, technical, and rigorous service, looking after the interests of clients throughout the entire process.

• Maintain direct contact with insurance companies, loss adjusters, repairers, and clients.

• Monitor files and resolve any incidents that may arise during management.

• Provide support to the area manager in coordination and process improvement tasks.

• Guarantee quality customer service, maintaining clear, close, and professional communication.
