• Training related to the insurance sector or administration will be valued.

• Schedule from Monday to Thursday of 8 hours and Friday of 7 hours, with flexible hours to be agreed upon with the responsible person.

At DEKRA, we continue to grow and are looking to hire an SGR Claims Handler (m/f/d) to join our Collision team, within the Claims & Expertise division.

Our Claims division specializes in the comprehensive management of claims for insurance companies and sector clients, offering an agile, efficient, and high-quality service. As part of our growth and the incorporation of new projects, we are looking for a profile with experience in managing SGR files who wants to be part of a team committed to excellence and customer orientation.

As a Claims Handler for SGR Claims (m/f/d), you will be part of the Claims team and will actively participate in:

• Managing national claim files under the SGR agreement.
• Processing files from their opening to their resolution.
• Reviewing documentation and ensuring the correct processing of each file.
• Maintaining communication with the different parties involved during the claim management process.
• Ensuring compliance with internal procedures and established quality standards.
• Processing SGR claim files comprehensively.
• Analyzing the documentation necessary for each file.
• Guaranteeing efficient management in accordance with established deadlines.
• Collaborating with the rest of the Claims team to ensure correct file management.
• Maintaining fluid communication with clients and collaborating entities.
• Coordinating the information necessary for the correct resolution of claims.
