The role

Currently, we are looking to hire a Logistics/Shipping Administrative Technician for our Factory located in Valls.

What you'll do

Receive and review purchase orders, ensuring that specifications and delivery deadlines are met.
Ensure that products are properly packaged according to the company's quality policy. Coordinate the loading of products into transport vehicles.
Generate and verify the documentation necessary for shipments.
Coordinate shipments by different means according to company regulations and policy.
Ensure that all shipping activities comply with the safety, quality, and environmental regulations established by the company.
Keep the shipping area clean and organized, following occupational health and safety regulations.
Provide information and support to internal customers regarding their orders and shipments.
Ensure compliance with Occupational Risk Prevention regulations.
Know and apply the environmental regulations respective to the product, process, and/or applied to the position.
