What we're looking for
- We will value:
- Training in Administration and Management (CFGM, CFGS, or equivalent).
- Good command of office tools, especially Excel and Word.
- Experience in administrative positions within the pharmaceutical, chemical, or other regulated sectors.
- Knowledge of GMP standards (Good Manufacturing Practices) and quality document management.

The role
We are selecting an Administrative Assistant to provide support to the technical department for a pharmaceutical company in Reus.
What you'll do
- Management, updating, distribution, and filing of technical and quality documentation in accordance with GMP standards.
- Maintenance of databases and records for the Technical Department.
- Document management of manufacturing protocols.
- Preparation, control, and filing of laboratory records.
- Administrative support in the management of technical documentation with external manufacturers and other departments.
- Other administrative support tasks for the Technical Department.
