We are looking for a person with the following professional profile:

- Provide training in CFGS in International Trade or previous experience performing similar functions.

- Previous experience of at least 2 years in a similar position.

- Possess a C1 level of English; other languages will be valued.

The role

At Marlex Human Capital, we are collaborating with an important company dedicated to offering solutions in the field of technical coatings for various national and international industries, mainly for the baking/food sector. Currently, the company needs to incorporate a Logistics Technician for its offices located in Vallès Occidental.

What you'll do

Reporting to the Markets Director, the main responsibilities to be assumed in the company will be:

- Control, coordinate and optimally manage purchasing operations, from the phase procurement phase until arrival at the factory.

- Control and manage the dispatch of orders to national and international clients, ensuring good customer service.

- Manage and supervise the documentation necessary for dispatches and resolve any incidents that may have occurred.

- Manage service providers, ensuring good conditions regarding their service, quality, and cost.

- Manage and follow up with international providers (requests for quotes, design management, preparation of purchase orders, delivery tracking, etc.)

- Provide support to the OTC during periods of high project volume.

How you'll work

- Full-time working hours from Monday to Thursday 8-17hs and Fridays 8-14hs.
