Requirements

What we're looking for

Requires a university degree in engineering with experience in C2, C4ISR, or mission systems, knowledge of NAF v4, experience in MBSE and modeling with SysML/UML, as well as experience in defense environments and technical coordination of teams.

Technical leadership competencies, system vision, ability to communicate with institutional clients, rigor, quality orientation, and analysis in critical environments are required.

Nice to have

We value knowledge in cyberspace operations, offensive and defensive cybersecurity, ISR intelligence, information fusion, situational awareness, operational planning, and NATO standards.

The role

Command and control systems manager oriented towards the design, development, and integration of C2 and C4ISR systems in defense programs, working in complex, regulated, and multidisciplinary environments including cyberspace as an operational domain. Technically leads systems, coordinates internal and subcontracted teams, defines and governs architectures in accordance with NAF v4, and applies MBSE in the design and evolution of solutions.

What you'll do

Guarantees multi-domain integration—land, sea, air, space, and cyberspace—as well as interoperability with NATO and allied systems. Participates in technical reviews and in the preparation of architectural documentation.
