At Paul Marlex, we are collaborating with a leading business organization in the search for a CRM Administrator (Microsoft Dynamics 365) to join their digital transformation and innovation team.

What you'll do

• Administer and maintain the corporate CRM, ensuring its proper functioning and evolution.

• Participate in the migration project from Microsoft Dynamics 2011 to Microsoft Dynamics 365.

• Develop new functionalities.

• Design and implement automations using Power Automate and integrations with other corporate systems.

• Ensure the quality, integrity, and security of CRM data.

• Resolve technical issues and provide support to internal users.

• Collaborate with the Digital Transformation, Marketing, and Sales departments to optimize processes and improve the use of information.

• Prepare technical documentation and participate in the continuous improvement of the platform.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent education.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience administering and developing CRM solutions, preferably with Microsoft Dynamics.

Nice to have

• Experience in projects implementing or migrating to Microsoft Dynamics 365.

• Knowledge of SQL Server and databases.

• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI).

• Experience with integrations via APIs, Dataverse, and Azure is a plus.

Languages

• High level of Catalan and Spanish. English is a plus.
