Profile requirements

Previous experience in sales positions, preferably in B2B sales and industrial client management.
Experience in acquisition and development of a commercial portfolio.
Strong negotiation, communication, and client-focused skills.
Capacity for organization, autonomy, and visit planning.
Result orientation and achievement of objectives.
Availability to travel around Badalona and surroundings, within a radius of up to 50 km.
Driving license B.

Nice to have

We will especially value commercial experience in the industrial sector, recycling, metal recovery, or waste management.

Sales area: Badalona and surrounding towns, within an approximate radius of up to 50 km.
Fixed salary: €35,000 gross per year.
Variable: An additional 10% based on sales objectives.
Company vehicle: Provided after 6 months.
Travel: Mileage reimbursed at a rate of €0.36/km, according to company policy.

Job Mission

Develop and manage FERIMET's client portfolio in the Badalona area and surroundings, boosting the acquisition of new clients, the loyalty of existing ones, and the growth of business volume, in accordance with the commercial objectives established by the company.

What you'll do

Main duties

Acquisition of new clients and opening of business opportunities in the assigned area.
Management, monitoring, and loyalty of the existing client portfolio.
Conducting sales visits to companies in the area.
Identification of new commercial opportunities and detection of client needs.
Negotiation of commercial conditions and monitoring of operations.
Preparation and presentation of commercial offers and proposals.
Follow-up of budgets, agreements, and pending operations.
Analysis of the market and competition in the assigned territory.
Coordination with internal departments to guarantee correct customer service.
Achievement of sales, acquisition, and portfolio growth objectives.
