At Paul Marlex, we are collaborating with a leading company in the real estate sector in the province of Tarragona, with more than 20 years of experience, a consolidated brand, and a continuous growth project, in the search for a Real Estate Advisor for its Tarragona office.

What you'll do

• Sourcing and management of exclusive properties.

• Property valuation and comprehensive advice for both owners and buyers.

• Organization and conducting of commercial viewings.

• Negotiation of assignments, offers, and conditions for sale or rental.

• Closing of sale and lease operations.

• Continuous follow-up and loyalty building of the client portfolio.

• Coordinated work with the Tarragona office team and the rest of the group.

• Use of advanced digital tools (CRM, real estate portals, and online marketing).

How you'll work

• Schedule: from 9:30 to 14:00 and from 16:30 to 20:00.
