The role

At Marlex, we are collaborating with a company in the agricultural and logistics sector that needs to hire a Truck Driver for the Barcelona - Vilafranca del Penedès area.

What would your mission be in the company?

What you'll do

· Drive the truck between farms, warehouses, and other assigned locations, complying with established routes and schedules.

· Ensure the correct loading, stowage, and unloading of goods.

· Verify delivery notes, labels, and documentation for each transported batch.

· Confirm that the product matches the information recorded in the logistics systems.

· Guarantee the traceability of the goods (origin, variety, date, and destination).

· Check the condition of the vehicle before each workday.

· Communicate mechanical incidents or maintenance needs.

· Maintain the vehicle in optimal cleanliness conditions.

· Comply with traffic, road safety, and food safety regulations.

· Use personal protective equipment (PPE).

· Collaborate in loading and unloading tasks when necessary.

· Communicate logistics incidents, errors, or delays.

· Report directly to the logistics manager or supervisor.

· Comply with safety, hygiene, and occupational risk prevention standards.

· Participate in continuous improvement actions.
