The role

At Paul Marlex, we are collaborating with a recognized company in the non-meat agri-food sector, located in Baix Empordà, which is currently looking to hire a FINANCIAL CONTROLLER to strengthen the finance department and launch a digitalization process. Over time, the selected candidate will be able to take on a financial leadership role.

Reporting directly to Management, the selected candidate will autonomously carry out the organization and management of the following tasks:

What you'll do

· You will prepare and monitor the annual factory cost budget, analyzing deviations during the campaign

· You will calculate and keep updated industrial costs (purchasing, storage, production, packaging, and distribution)

· You will lead the implementation of an integrated data analysis tool to digitalize production and sales monitoring

· You will provide support in the management of grants and in the activities specific to the finance department

· You will prepare the annual reports and present them to management with the objective of applying improvement proposals
