Requirements

What we're looking for

Bachelor's or Diploma in Nursing.
At least 6 months of professional experience in the Operating Room.
Experience in the preparation and organization of the operating room, coordination with the surgical team, and comprehensive patient care during the different phases of the perioperative process.
Knowledge and experience in scrub nurse and/or circulating nurse duties.
Handling of surgical instruments, control of sterility conditions, and compliance with safety and care quality protocols.
We are looking for professionals with a vocation for care, adaptability, organization, technical dexterity, teamwork, and an orientation toward quality of care.

Nice to have

Experience in Resuscitation, ICU, or other units linked to the surgical area will be especially valued.
