What we're looking for
· Education: Technical or Higher Engineering degree.
· High level of English and French.
· Availability for on-site working days.
· Availability to travel.
· At least 5 years of experience in the described contract management functions in EPC projects.
The role
Engineer to perform the functions of Contract Manager in EPC projects. The person joining will be responsible for the review, monitoring, and management of EPC contracts with their Madrid Headquarters.
What you'll do
· Analysis of contract risks and opportunities.
· Monitoring of compliance with contractual obligations and procedures.
· Participation in arbitrations, mediations, and conciliations.
· Comments on contracts, proposals for alternatives, coordination, and control of communications.
· Negotiation of claims; deadlines - Costs, limits of liability.
· Review and modification of documentation and change proposals.
· Preparation and negotiation with the client of time and cost claims, contracts, and addenda.
