You are the ideal candidate if...

·Minimum demonstrable previous experience of 5 years performing the described or similar functions

·University degree in Accounting and Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or similar

·Solid accounting base: PGC, closings, and VAT

·Autonomy, analytical and resolution capacity, rigor, high standards, and attention to detail. Ownership, good communication and management skills. Proficiency in Catalan, Spanish, and English. Knowledge of accounting software and knowledge of international and intra-community invoicing will be positively valued

The role

At Paul Marlex, we are collaborating with an important technology sector company from Girona, which is currently looking for a FINANCE MANAGER with consolidated experience to join their organization on a permanent basis, with the objective of being a main and active part of its growth.

What you'll do

Reporting directly to the company's General Management, the selected person will be responsible for the following tasks:

·Finance and accounting: Invoicing, collections, treasury, accounting and monthly and annual closings, as well as the relationship with tax, labor, and legal advisors

·Management control: Product and manufacturing costs, margins per business line, unit profitability (unit economics), and management information

·Reporting to the Group and the Board: Periodic financial information for the shareholder and the Board of Directors, and accounting integration with the Group

·Public grants: Administrative management and justification of funded R&D projects (CDTI, ACCIÓ, FEDER)

·Processes and systems: Responsibility for the financial configuration of the ERP and the continuous improvement of the area's processes, with the support of automation and AI

·Outsourcing: Document and organize processes to transfer repetitive work to Group resources, coordinating and supervising its execution

·Corporate governance and support to Management: Support to the Board of Directors and monitoring of corporate contracts and obligations. Collaboration with General Management on other company projects
